Remote I.T. Support
AAP I.T. Support Staff use TeamViewer to provide remote support.
Please follow the steps below to allow AAP I.T. Support Staff gain access to your PC.
Download & Run Teamviewer by clicking on the Teamviewer Icon
Click "Run" or "Save/Open"
Internet Explorer Users will see a pop up at the bottom of the screen. This is legitimate and safe
Google Chrome Users will see a download pop up at the bottom of the screen. This is legtimate and safe
Click "Yes" or accept any prompts that are displayed
You will have Teamviewer now loaded, ready to connect
Please provide AAP I.T. Support Staff "Your ID" and "Your Password" and leave this screen opened. Do not close
If your computer does not display Teamviewer above the ID and Password, instead a pop up message as appeared like below, this means Teamviewer is already installed onto your computer.
Please continue and click on "Show running TeamViewer" and provide the displayed ID and Password to AAP I.T. Support
