Remote I.T. Support
AAP I.T. Support Staff use TeamViewer to provide remote support.
Please follow the steps below to allow AAP I.T. Support Staff gain access to your PC.
Download & Run Teamviewer by clicking on:
the Blue Teamviewer Iogo below
Click "Run" or "Save/Open"
Click "Allow Remote Control" or "Yes"
or accept any prompts that are displayed
You should have Teamviewer now loaded on your screen, ready to connect
Please provide AAP I.T. Support Staff "Your ID" and "Your Password" and leave this screen opened. Do not close
